Rules:
1) The Festival welcomes filmmakers from throughout the world.
2) The film submitters must be the authorised persons or the organisations, such as the film director, the producers, or the production organisations.
You may submit as many films as you desire.
3) The film must have been created between January 1st, 2018 till the registration deadline, and it is OK if it has been previously broadcast, displayed on the Internet, or in other festivals.The film might be experimental, narrative, fiction, non-fiction, or animated.
4) The films can be in any languages provided, the English subtitles are mandatory.
5) We welcome films in any format.
6) The jury / judge’s judgement will be final.
7) There is a physical public screening.
8) Pornography films are not accepted.
